Prof. Dr. Wujun Chen

Wujun CHEN, received his Ph.D degree in structural engineering at Zhejiang University in 1998. After that, he joined Space Structures Research Centre, Shanghai Jiao Tong University in the spring of 1999, he was visiting scholar in University of Stuttgart from September 2003 to August 2004, and visiting scholar in Technische University of Berlin from October 2009 to January 2010. Since January 2008, he is full professor, he has established a flourishing and successful research program investigating new structures and new material/lightweight structures, and contributed innovations in the research of architectural membrane structures. He has taught and mentored students, actively contributed to teaching activities, and furthered the field through professional service and engagement.
