To register for the next Textile Roofs workshop please use our online Conference Management Tool (ConfTool). Online registration is possible until 1 days before the workshop starts till 18:00 pm. Onsite registration will be available beginning  in the morning of the first workshop day.

Register online by following these two steps:

• Create your user account (or use your account from former Textile Roofs participations)
• Register for Textile Roofs by selecting items and, if applicable, confirm your group membership.

A registration confirmation mail will be sent to you automatically.

A virtual participation is possible. This includes live broadcasting of the given lectures and parts of the workshop activities.

Once the workshop has ended a download of the important lectures will be made available. On request we may include your live welcome note and messages to the morning programm.

The german VAT (19%) has to be added and is displayed in the invoice.

The fee includes

• Admission to all activities during Textile Roofs
• TR proceedings
• Delegate listings, Networking functions
• Joint lunches, beverages and snacks during the entire Event
• Evening banquet

Payment can be made either by credit card or inter-bank transfer. Bank transfers must cover bank charges. Your registration is not complete until the payment has been received.

Cancellations must be send in written form.

• • If you have to cancel the registration later than 7 days after your registration and not later than 30 days before the event starts, you get back 80% of the due registration fee .
  • If you have to cancel the registration within the last 30 days before the event starts, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective.

When registering for Textile Roofs, your relevant details (your name and organization together with your email address only) will be added to the delegate list. This list may be made available to entities directly associated with Textile Roofs, including the Organizing Committee, event venues and accommodation providers as well as to key sponsors for the purposes of program planning, room bookings and logistics (subject to strict conditions).

During your online registration you may opt to appear on the official list of participants.
