Bahadir is an International Trade expert and carries out management of the family company (SENOL MAKINA) and marketing activities of qualified lifting products that have been manufactured for 3 generations in international standards since 2018.

Beside his commercial activities, also has R&D and literature studies in his area of expertise. Following the acceptance of the „Eastern Europe and the Balkans Market Research Report“ by the European Commission, which he has completed in 2015, then he started to serve as a „Project Evaluator Expert“ in the European Commission Horizon 2020 support programs. More than 50 projects evaluated containing innovative ideas.

In the same time he carries out the brand managment mission of SNL TENSI, which is „Steel Wire Ropes and Membrane Structure Systems“ since 2013.
